COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reservations must be guaranteed with an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation, if the reservation dates are canceled or modified, this advance payment will be charged. retained in its entirety according to Law 300 of 96 art. 65. Columbia.
- If you cancel 30 days or more before the start date of services, a fee will apply. 30% of no show or penalty on the value paid
- Between 30 days to 15 days before the start of services, the fee will be applied. 50% of no show or penalty on the value paid
- 15 days before the start of services, the fee will be applied. on the value paid 100% of no show or penalty
- Once the trip has started, the services included in the program will not be refundable or exchangeable for other services
- Special or promotional, non-refundable rates may be offered, which will have specific conditions which will be indicated at the time of booking

- The Local provider is not an intermediary in the purchase and sale of air tickets. The provider does not assume any responsibility towards the client for the air transport service. Any delay or modification in air itineraries will be assumed by the client.
