Cancellation Policy
Only in case of cancellations more than 15 days in advance, the fee will be paid. The anticipated value for a next visit to our Ecolodge, making a prior reservation and valid for six months after the original date of the reservation.
Cancellations made in the 14 days prior to the beginning of the reservation will not have any type of refund or credit to later dates.
In the diving plans there are no refunds for dives not made due to conditions personal information of the guests or due to environmental conditions that put the safety of the group at risk.
In no case will cash refunds be made for services canceled or not taken by guests.
Additional Information
We recommend packing your clothes and personal belongings in waterproof briefcases (do not use plastic garbage bags) taking special care with laptops, cameras and cell phones. During sea transfers, luggage may be splashed with seawater.

ISLA FUERTE belongs to the ROSARIO, SAN BERNARDO, ISLA FUERTE AND TORTUGUILLA NATIONAL NATURAL PARK, so we must follow the provisions that exist to visit them, such as:
Do not bring in personal hygiene items that contain aerosols or polluting and antibacterial elements.
Waste such as containers, wrappers, batteries, and others that are generated during your visit must be removed from the island by the visitor himself.
In our Ecolodge, we enjoy nature and the silence that it implies; At our facilities we have decided to try to rest, moving away from sources of noise such as televisions, sound equipment, baffles, speakers, etc. Therefore, we ask our visitors not to bring sound equipment, recorders or other items that are not for strictly personal use (with headphones).
The intake and use of psychoactive drugs and alcohol is increasing. completely prohibited.
As an Ecolodge we do not have a license to sell liquor, also due to philosophy and complying with the regulations of Natural Parks we do not consume liquor in our facilities, except for a glass of wine provided to our guests at a special dinner or Christmas and New Year toasts.
Natural elements such as: plant or animal species, mollusk shells, coral remains and others should not be removed from the island.
Remember that all food and provisions, including fish and drinking water necessary for your care, are brought to the island from the mainland. That is why we must know in advance the people who require a special diet to attend them according to their needs. requirements.

Terms and Conditions
Once you inform us of your travel decision, your reservation will only be confirmed with the deposit of 30% of its total value and sending us the respective receipt.
Once this payment is made, you will receive your service order and cash receipt.
The remaining 70% will be paid in the same way 15 days before the date of arrival at our Ecolodge.
