• The payment of $250,000 pesos is not refundable, since it is considered as administrative expenses incurred by the operator.
• If the cancellation by the client is made up to 15 days before the start of the trip, the operator will refund the amount. To the Colombian account indicated by the client, all the money paid less $250,000 pesos/person, corresponding to the payment that is not refundable.
• If the cancellation by the client is made between 9 and 14 days before the start of the trip, the operator will refund the amount. To the Colombian account indicated by the client, 80% of the total amount paid less $250,000 pesos/person, corresponding to the payment that is not refundable.
• If the cancellation by the client is made between 2 and 8 days before the start of the trip, the operator will refund the amount. to the Colombian account indicated by the client, 50% of the total amount paid less $250,000 pesos/person, corresponding to the payment that is not refundable.
• If the cancellation by the client is made 48 hours or less before the start of the trip, the client will not be reimbursed. none of the money paid.
• If, for weather reasons, the authorities determine the temporary closure of the destination and the operator is there. If he is forced to cancel the tourist operation for reasons external to him, the operator will offer the possibility of postponing the trip to new dates within the season without the increase due to the change of dates, under the same conditions as the booked trip.

DEFERMENTS

• The operator allows the client to postpone the trip (tourist package) for new dates.
• The change must be made a maximum of 8 days before the scheduled date of the trip.
• This change has a cost of $57,000 pesos/person (if the passenger is Colombian) and $87,000 pesos/person (if the passenger is a foreigner).
• This value corresponds to the penalty for changing the dates of entry to the Natural Park that must be paid to the office of Cormacarena and National Natural Parks of Colombia. • If the deferral is made from one year to another, in addition to this previously mentioned value, the client assumes the difference in the rate of the tourist program paid in relation to the rates in force for the new year.
• The exchange value of air tickets is subject to the policy of the airline that operates the route in which the customer purchased the ticket. the ticket.

• The reservation of the tourist plan (without the flight) becomes effective with the payment of $250,000 pesos/person to the operator's bank account.
• The credit is not refundable in case of cancellation of the trip by the client. After making the transfer of the subscription, the receipt must be sent digitally (photograph or scan) to the company's corporate email to have payment support.
• The remaining balance must be paid maximum 30 days before the trip, to the same account.
• The only travel document (both the tourist package and the flight, if the client decides to also access this service) is a voucher with the reservation issued by the operator. This voucher is available. It is numbered and contains all the information related to the reservation:

• The reservation must be made with a minimum of 5 business days before the start of the tourist plan. It is the time necessary for the operator to manage the access permits to the natural park before the offices of Parques Nacionales Naturales and Cormacarena.
• Cristales Aventura Tours as a direct operator does not provide the charter service directly to its clients who access the tourist packages (land portion). In this case, the operator acts as a facilitator and bridge between the client and the airline that provides the flight service on the Bogotá and Bogotá routes. – La Macarena – Bogota, Villavicencio – La Macarena – Villavicencio and Medellin – La Macarena – Medellin.
