Day 1.

• 10:15 am Entrance by boat to the Los Mikos Ecohotel. They will have a boat ride of more or less 20 minutes and will visit the Pantagoras Dam, this being the second highest dam in particular (188 m high)
• 11:00 am Reception at the Los Mikos Ecohotel and accommodation in the common areas (Kiosks)
• 12:00 pm Lunch
• 1:30 pm Kayak Plan (Plan duration: 1 hour and a half)
• 3:00 pm Accommodation in the different cabins.
• 6:00 pm Dinner
• 7:30 pm Bonfire night.

Day 2.

• 7:00 am Breakfast (EcoHotel Los Mikos)
• 7:30 am departure from the Ecohotel
• 8:00 am Meeting point (Norcasia main park) and start of the Miel River activity.
• Visit the Miel River
• Induction and preparation for the experience in La Miel River
• Bodyrafting experience on the La Miel River
• Lunch (Fiambre Type)
• Visit the Clara waterfall
• Snack
• Return to the urban area of the municipality of Norcasia
• 4:00 pm Arrival in the urban area of Norcasia and later on the way to the Amaní reservoir.
• 4:20 pm Entrance by boat to the Los Mikos Ecohotel.
• 6:00 pm Dinner

Day 3.

• 7:00 am until 9:00 am Breakfast
• 9:00 am Relax in common areas and swimming pools
• 10:15 am Casca el Bosque Plan (Plan duration: 2 hours)
• 12:30 pm Check out room and lunch
• 1:30 pm Departure from the Mikos Ecohotel and return to the urban area of Norcasia. (Note: you can leave the boat at other times, maximum 4 pm, and enjoy the swimming pools and common areas of the Eco hotel).
